Welcome to the application form for the Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) Events Fund 2025-2026. Please familiarise yourself with the Events Fund guidelines before beginning your application.

Here is a list of attachments you must include with this application. There will be a point in the form showing you when to attach these documents to the application. Please label all documents clearly with your organisation name.
- A full budget for your event clearly showing all income and expenditure
- Event Waste Minimisation and Management Plan
- Event Green House Gas (GHG) Emissions Reduction Plan
- Health & Safety Plan
- Quotes for items to be funded by the QLDC (local suppliers only)
Other optional attachments you may like to submit to support your application:
- Event strategic plan / business plan
- Marketing plan / communications plan
- Letters of support from key stakeholders, suppliers and sponsors
- Relevant event reports (e.g. attendee surveys, economic impact)
- Evidence of previous event successes (e.g. photos, event attendee survey, audited financial accounts, testimonials from volunteers)
