We provide or administer a range of funding opportunities to help support local initiatives and events that promote community wellbeing and sustainability.

Funding rounds

QLDC funding rounds open for applications from 1-30 April each year. 

 

QLDC Community Fund

Supports not-for-profits, charities and community groups to enhance local wellbeing outcomes. Available for operational or project funding

 

QLDC Events Fund 

Helps deliver vibrant, inclusive events that benefit our community. Open to both commercial and community event organisers.

 

QLDC Heritage Incentive Grant

Supports anyone looking to preserve or enhance listed heritage assets (natural and built) in the Queenstown Lakes District.

 

QLDC Waste Minimisation Community Fund

Supports initiatives that promote sustainable use of resources and waste reduction across the district
