Pūraka moni mō te Hapori | Community Funding

QLDC provides or administers a range of funds to help support local organisations, projects and events that promote community wellbeing. Here you'll be able to apply for community funding, see the status of your application, submit any required reporting and more. 

Initially, this platform will look after three of QLDC’s funds: 

  • QLDC Events Fund 2024-2025 (opens 2 April 2024) - This annual contestable fund is open for both commercial and community events.
  • QLDC Community Fund 2024-2027 (opens 9 April 2024) - This annual contestable fund is open to community groups and not-for-profit organisations seeking funding that benefits the community.
  • QLDC Waste Minimisation Community Fund (opens 15 April 2024) - This fund is aimed at waste reduction and resource recovery ideas that will move the community toward zero waste.

  • Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
